Help! These are the pens I have, what mods can I make?

This is what I have...

3 Montex LCD
A bunch of Cello soft-tip
A bunch of Dollar clear stic (m)
A bunch of Uni-Ball eye
A bunch of Staedtler sticks

If those are a bit limited, the only ones available in the stationary (UAE,Abu Dhabi) are
Pilot pens
Zebra pens
Faber Castell pens
Staedtler pens
Pentel pens (No RSVP)
Cello pens

So what mods could I possibly make? Im looking for something like a BICtory but I cant even find a BIC Round stic over here......
Also do not have any sort of parts like Dr.Grip,etc,etc

Also youtube link for the tutorial would be nice or just a general link
